Mixed Wrestling Outdoors Dog Activities For Active Puppy, Such As Agility, Flyball, Etc?
Dog activities for active puppy, such as Agility, Flyball, etc? - mixed wrestling outdoors
I do not know much about dogs to know how activities flyball, agility training / competitions or other activities that you see in magazines dog.
My dog is 8 months and is a mix of Labrador / pointer. It is very sweet and well socialized, so do not worry about him or play with other dogs. It is also very active and loves to run and fight with other dogs. He receives about one to two hours exercise per day.
It is not good for catching a bullet in the mouth, or go for the (not yet), but it will continue. He has also with obedience, but it is difficult for him with additional distractions. It is also mixed race, so obviously conformation trials are here!
Is there a particular activity that mightok, that these things about him? Besides, how can I find in my region? I live near Boulder, CO, what is outside, active, dog friendly area, so I think there is something here .... I do not have the first clue on how to get it, though.
Thank you!

There is a lot for you and your puppy mixbreed do.
Mixbreeds are invited to participate in agility, flyball, competitive obedience, Rally-O and diving tower to compete just to name a few.
In flyball, not really catch the ball. You do not need a mad dog or a ball. I would say that most dogs find it funny. It is a good and a bad way to teach your dog, you should be find a local flyball team. They usually occur only in practice and start from there.
In agility, you need to find a beginner agility class. It is very important to work with a trainer. In addition, your dog is still growing, so that no repeated jumps. The decrease is made in 8 or 12 inches, which can attract your dog. The class should be taught with positive motivation ... Food and toys. It is a correction of the class. You may have to install first a basic obedience class to take, it can not hurt anyway.
First, I will tell you Ambor (American Mix Breed Obedience Registry) are the "parent club" for mixbreeds. 2 instead of in obedience and agility nationals who offered to regional obedience. This is his various points in obedience and agility and organizations offer scholarships were followed up at the end of the year. http://www.ambor.us
Through the obedience mixbreeds are invited, with purebred dogs in UKC (United Kennel Club) and http://www.ukcdogs.com Competition
ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America) http://www.asca.org

NAFA flyball's (North American Flyball Association). Another organization, but I can not think of the name.
I participated in obedience / agility mixbreed with mine. We started in 1995 in the competition and moved in 2006. The great shows that in UKC Premier in Kalamazoo, MI, obedience, and to accelerate Ambor CompetitionTy tournament in Indianapolis, IN. We traveled throughout the east coast of the competition, because these programs were not there.
Your lucky day today, all agencies (except AKC) dog mixbreed Welcome to a field.
Well, you can find a class and have fun with your dog.
I say some agility and flyball classes .. You can help him learn to concentrate on the task and how to recover.
Competitions can be fun to make .. But it's all about the competition. It's fun to let your dog have fun, exercise, spend time with your dog, make contacts and to other dog lovers!
For obedience is good for you can also try GCC .. Canine Good Citizen .. and examine the work of the therapy because it is a dog well socialized!
Try to contact with some training and kennel clubs in your area for information.
Well, then take to a local park with many distractions, falling leaves and train him first, you must wear Ziploc treats for dogs or your fave. try every time he gets the ball and pass it or away from distraction or something like that give you treat.I have 3 dogs, if you need further help email me@hotmail.com, colliermik @ yahoo. com colliermik.
